O.P.1 is to pay Rs.39,000/- for their deficiency in service and unfair trade practice and to pay Rs.30,000/- as excess amount paid by the complainant and to pay Rs.25,000/- for repair, Rs.12,000/- towards supply of stabilizer within 60 days from the date of filing of this complaint with intererst at 10% p.a. <br /> If O.P.1 is failed to pay that above said amounts within 60 days, after 60 days he shall pay 15% interest on that amount till the payment.<br /> O.P.1 is directed to pay Rs.1,000/- being the cost of this complaint.<br /> Complaint is dismissed against O.P.2 and 3.<br /> Give a copy of this order to both the parties accordiong to Rules.
