ORDER

Complainant present in person. Notice is duly served on the o.p. by RPAD. This execution peititon is filed U/s 25/3 of the C.P. Act, 1986. In spite of service of notice, the o.p. has neither appeared nor surrendered the bonds, nor filed any objection. Hence, following order. ORDER 1. Execution is transfer to the Deputy Commissioner, Mysore U/s 25(3) of the C.P. Act, 1986 for recovery of an amount of Rs.30,000/- with interest at the rate of 9% p.a. with cost and other relief as mentioned in the order. Issue necessary certificate and send the execution for recovery.
