Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case and the conduct of the petitioner, which has been taken note by the State Commission while dismissing the application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal, we are of the view that the order of the State Commission is quite justified and it does not suffer from any illegality, material irregularity or jurisdictional error, which calls for any interference by this Commission in exercise of revisional jurisdictional under Section 21(b) of the Consumer Protection Act. The revision petition is dismissed.
