Today, learned counsel Sh. Kushal Gulati on behalf of the appellant as well as learned counsel Sh. Sachin Chaudhary on behalf of respondent No. 1, have appeared.  None has appeared on behalf of respondent No. 2.

A compromise / settlement (Paper No. 59) has been submitted on behalf of the appellant and respondent No. 1 before this Commission along with demand draft No. 057452 dated 01.05.2024 for Rs. 30,000/- issued by IDBI Bank, Delhi-Specialised Corporate B – Videocon Tower, E-1, Jhandewalan Extension, Delhi, Delhi State – 110055, in favour of respondent No. 1.  The original demand draft is received by learned counsel for respondent No. 1.

The terms and conditions of the compromise have been explained to learned counsel for the appellant and respondent No. 1, who after reading and understanding the same, have accepted the compromise and endorsed thereupon.

As the compromise (Paper No. 59) has been acknowledged by the appellant and respondent No. 1, hence the said compromise is hereby accepted and kept on record.

Accordingly, the appeal is decided in terms of the compromise (Paper No. 59), which shall form part of the order.  Costs made easy.

The amount deposited by the appellant with this Commission, be released in its favour.

File be consigned to the record room along with copy of this order.

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal, information and necessary action.
