Final Order / Judgement The matter has been compromised between the parties. As per the compromise Sh. S. S. Dhaliwal, Advocate counsel for OP has offered a sum of Rs. 3000/- to the complainant to settle the dispute between the parties. The counsel for complainant has accepted the offer made by the counsel for OP and received a sum of Rs. 3000/- from the opposite party on behalf of complainant.  In view of the amicably settlement between the parties, the complaint stands disposed of. File be indexed and consigned to record.
