Learned counsel for OP No.3 has suffered a statement that the opposite party No.3 is ready to refund the price of the mobile of complainant of Rs. 67,900/- as full and final settlement. The amount will be refunded to complainant within 45 days form the receipt of the copy of the order.

Sh. Sukhchain Singh, Advocate counsel for complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the statement suffered by counsel for OP No.3 and withdraws the complaint.

In view of the statement suffered by counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties shall be bound by their statements. File be indexed and consigned to record.
