ORDER

Vikas Khurana  versus Ashu Mobiles and others.

 Present:                Shri Pardeep Kumar Kalra Adv. for the complainant.

                               Sh.Shekhar Kapoor Adv for Op No.2.

                              OP No.1 and 3 ex parte.

                          The learned counsel for OP No.2 has made a statement that company is ready to repair the mobile in question free of cost and also provide the six months warranty on the repaired mobile as per the warranty policy of the company, within one month.

2.                    Thereafter, the learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that having regard to the statement made by the learned counsel for Op No.2, he withdraws the present complaint. Statements of both the learned counsel for the parties recorded.

3                                In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the OP No.2 shall be bound by the statement made by its counsel. The file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
