L.R. of Complainant  (Late Karshadas Kamani) Shri Rohit Karshadas Kamani present and  filed application  for withdrawal  of complaint, alleging there is a settlement between the parties. Complainant’s application is granted.

Complaint is disposed as withdrawn as the complainant is do not want to prosecute it further.
