Today is fixed for S/R in respect of O.P. No.2. One Ld. Lawyer appears this day on behalf of the O.P. No.2. by filing Vokalotnama along-with hazira.

The complainant personally appears and files a verified withdrawal petition along-with the Memo of acknowledgement of the payment of the settlement amount, praying to withdrawal his case. He stated in the petition that the dispute arose between the parties had already been amicably settled outside this Forum, so, he will not interested to proceed the case further. As such the complainant by filling the above petition has prayed to withdraw the case.

Heard, considered, the ground mentioned in the petition is sufficient.

Hence, it is

ORDERED,

that the petition for withdrawal this case, filed this day is allowed. Accordingly the complainant is permitted to withdraw this case.

This case being No. CC-78/2013 is thus disposed of on withdrawal.
