Present:     Sh. Manoj Kumar Khurdi, Adv. for the complainant.

                  Sh. Saurabh Bansal, Adv. for the Ops.

 

                 Ld. Counsel for both the parties stated at bar that they have reached at compromise.  Statement of both the parties recorded.  Statement of ld. counsel for the Ops recorded to the effect that they are ready to pay Rs.28,000/- in lump sum to the complainant subject to deposit of old AC alongwith accessories in the service-centre and they will comply the same within one month.  Statement of ld. counsel for the complainant also recorded to the effect that in view of said statement given by ld. counsel for the Ops, he withdraws the present complaint.  In view of statement of complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  Both the parties are bound by their own statements.  File be consigned to record-room after due compliance.
