ORDER

order dated 11/07/2000 OP is directed to replace the computer supplied to the complainant with a new computer of similar description which shall be free from any defect OR in the alternative to return to the complainant the price of Rs.76,750/- with interest at 12% per annum from 28-3-1998 till the date of realisation with costs of Rs.1,000/-. Complainant shall return the defective computer to the OP to get the replaced computer or its money value.
