                    Learned counsel for the parties submit that the directions contained in the impugned order has been complied with by the appellants and nothing survives in this appeal.

                    In the circumstances, learned counsel for the appellants seeks leave to withdraw the appeal. Prayer is accepted.

                     Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

                     On making appropriate application before the District Commission, the amount deposited in compliance of Section 15 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 shall be refunded by the District Commission to the appellant.
