             Counsel for parties submit that the matter has been compromised between the parties out of court and the respondent finance company has paid an amount of Rs.45,000/- to the appellant/complainant. They have also filed copy of compromise.

             In view of the above, learned counsel for appellant wants to withdraw this appeal.  The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
