ORDER

1.        Heard, the parties on the point of limitation.

  On being satisfied with the grounds, the delay of about 1/2 months in filing these appeals is condoned.

2.        Mr. Bibhash Sinha learned counsel appearing on behalf of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd. and others and Mr. Pawan Kumar, on instructions from Mr. Sachin Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Ashok Kumar, file a joint compromise petition on behalf of the parties, inter alia saying that the Insurance Company has agreed to pay and the complainant has agreed to accept a sum of Rs. 3 lacs in full and final settlement of the complaint.

Mr. Bibhash Sinha handed over the cheque of Rs. 3 lacs to Mr. Ashok Kumar, identified by Mr. Pawan Kumar.

Accordingly, as prayed by the parties, these two appeals are disposed of in terms of comprise.

          Issue free copy of this order to all concerned for information and needful.
