ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                              JUDGMENT

            Outstanding of Rs.96,629/- on the same plot for which connection has not been given by opposite parties. Since the complainant is taking the house on which there is arrear the connivance of complainant with the land lord cannot be ruled out. In order to balance the case of both parties we direct that the complainant shall pay the pending arrear of Rs.90,629/- in 10 installments. On payment of 1^st installment new connection will be provided and rest 09 installments shall be paid along with regular bill of new connection. The opposite parties are free to disconnect if the complainant shall not pay the regular bill along with arrear due installment. With the aforesaid observation and direction the consumer complaint is disposed of. No cost.
