ORDER
The instant revision petition has been filed by Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited against the order passed by learned District Consumer Commission, Sambhal dated 20-11-2023 in Complaint Case No. 292/2023 whereby the District Consumer Commission, vide order dated 20-11-2023, has rejected the application 9C2 filed by the opposite party in pursuance of the order dated 29-05-2023 by which the learned District Consumer Commission, Sambhal has closed the opportunity of filing written statement by the opposite party now revisionist within time prescribed i.e. 45 days and has directed to proceed exparte against the opposite party/revisionist.
Sri Isar Husain, learned Counsel for the revisionist appeared.
Heard learned Counsel for the revisionist and perused the impugned order as well as record.
Having heard the Counsel for the revisionist, I am of the considered opinion that the impugned order dated 20-11-2023 passed by the District Consumer Commission rejecting the application of the revisionist is justified and is correct, however, it is open to the revisionist to file the evidence before the District Consumer Commission in support of its case with the permission of the learned District Consumer Commission.
Accordingly without entering into merits of the case the instant revision petition is dismissed.
Let copy of this order be made available to the revisionist as per rules.
