ORDER

Since, new counsel has been engaged by the petitioners, Ms. Anubha Aggarwal, Advocate seeks discharge from this case. She stand discharged accordingly. Mr. Shivendu Singh, Advocate states that he has been engaged recently. He has filed his Vakalatnama. As per office note, petitioners have not removed the defects nor has deposited previous adjournment cost. In this regard, order dated 13.11.2013 passed by this Commission is reproduced as under; Counsel for the petitioners states that she has been engaged recently and seeks time to file her Vakalatnama. Be filed within two weeks. Present revision petition filed by the petitioners is defective. Petitioners have been given four opportunities to remove the defects. Till date, petitioners have failed to remove those defects. In these circumstances, in the interest of justice, last opportunity is granted to the petitioners to remove the defects within four weeks, subject to payment of Rs.2,500/-(Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) as adjournment cost. Cost be deposited by way of demand draft in the name of onsumer Legal Aid Accountof this Commission, within four weeks. It is further clarified that in case, petitioners fail to comply with above directions within the specified period, then present revision petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without any further order. List on 22.4.2014 for admission hearing. Copy of today proceedings be sent to the petitioner for information Since, petitioners did not remove the defects nor it deposited the previous adjournment cost in terms of order dated 13.11.2013 passed by this Commission, present revision petition stands dismissed.
