Record is put 04/05/2017 in view of application fied by the Dhr.

Ld. Advocate for the Jdr. is also present by filing his hazira.

Dhr. files a petition stating inter alia to drop this execution case/proceedings.

Heard.  Peruse the petition and the materials on record.  It appears from this petition that the amount awarded in Judgement dated 20-12-2013 passed  in connection with C.C. No.58/2013 has been fully paid to this Dhr.  As such he does not want to proceed with this execution case and has made prayer to drop this execution case.

In view of the circumstances we find no impediment to allow this petition.

Hence, it is

                                                Ordered

That the Execution Case no 03/2014 be and same is hereby dropped that full satisfaction.

Thus this Execution Case is hereby disposed of.

Recall W/A issued against Jdr. Aok Dutta vide order no.13 dated 11-04-2017.

Let a copy of this Order be sent to the O/C of concerned P.S. for information and taking necessary action.
