Today a compromise (paper No. 46) has been submitted by the learned counsel for both the parties, which is kept on record.

The terms and conditions of the compromise have explained and read over both the counsel, who after perusing and understanding it have signed thereupon and admitted the same.

Accordingly, the above compromise (paper No. 46) is hereby admitted and the appeal is accordingly decided in terms of the above compromise. The compromise shall form part of the decree.  No order as to costs of the appeal.

Statutory amount, if any, deposited by the appellant be returned to the appellant, as per rules.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.

A copy of this order alongwith copy of compromise be sent to the District Commission concerned for perusal and necessary information.
