                   In view of the stay order dated 4.2.2010 passed by the Hon’ble State Commission in FA No.34 of 2010, the present execution would not sustain. The execution application is accordingly dismissed as unsatisfied. The complainant would be at liberty to file afresh execution application as and when the FA No.34 of 2010 is decided.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
