            None for the applicant is present.  The applicant has not removed  the office objections  enumerated by the Registry since 14/03/2012. I perused  the miscellaneous application bearing No. MA/17/4 which is filed  seeking  restoration of appeal which is dismissed  in default on 14/03/2012. As this Commission has no jurisdiction  to review its own order, this miscellaneous application deserves to be  dismissed on that count also. Hence, miscellaneous application stands dismissed.
