Ld. Counsel appearing for the Complainant submits that the Complainant is not in a position to take any steps regarding paper publication of notice upon the concerned OPs.

Ld. Counsel for the OP 1 is present.

This case has been filed sometimes in 2014. Obviously, it clearly reveals that how much interest of Complainant is going on and at this belated stage Ld. Counsel appearing for the Complainant is not in a position to take necessary steps.

In such a situation there is no need to proceed further with this case.

Thus, the instant case is disposed for with direction that in future, the Complainant is strictly prohibited from filing any further case on the same self cause of action.
