ORDER

1.        Neither the complainants nor their counsel are present despite knowledge. Per record, the complainants filed this application under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, for penal action against OP No.1 to 3 as they have not complied with the order dated 26.04.2017 passed by this Forum in consumer complaint No.592 of 2015. Per force of the order, the OP No.1 to 3 were directed to pay claim of the complainants as per the terms & conditions of the policy; to pay Rs.10,000/- as compensation for unfair trade practice and harassment and to pay Rs.7,000/- as costs of litigation. It is the case that the said order was not complied with. OP No.1 to 3 appeared and filed the objections to the effect that they have complied with the order of this Forum in totality. With the record, they have produced Annexure A & B which shows that an amount of Rs.4,13,781/- and Rs.17,000/- deposited in the account of the complainant. Further documents also produced. No reply to these objections filed. Not only this, complainant has not appeared despite knowledge. Hence, this execution application is dismissed as order already stood complied with by OPs.
