                    Mr. Sushant Kareer, Advocate has appeared and filed power of attorney on behalf of  appellant and suffered following statement:-

“I am filing power of attorney on behalf of appellant (Airbnb India Private Limited), today. I may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file revision petition against the impugned order dated 12.08.2024 passed by learned District Consumer Commission, Gurugram”.

                   In view of above statement suffered by learned counsel for appellant; present appeal is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty so prayed is granted to appellant for filing revision petition as per law to challenge order dated 12.08.2024. It is ordered accordingly.  File be consigned record.
