Dated the 11th day of August, 2011 ORDER The Hon’ble State Commission vide its order dated 6.5.2011 passed in FA No.95 of 2011 stayed the operation of the impugned order subject to deposit of 50% of the total amount awarded in this case, with the concerned District Forum within 20 days, in addition to the amount already deposited at the time of filing the appeal. Further, the Hon’ble State Commission vide its order dated 8.8.2011 passed in MA No.88 of 2011, extended the time for 3 days for compliance of the order dated 6.5.2011. The bankers cheque of Rs.13,525/- (No.159769, dated 7.6.2011 drawn on Bank of Baroda) was submitted by applicant before this Forum on 9.8.2011. The said cheque be deposited in the bank account of the Forum. Office to note and make necessary entry in the record. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
