Vansh Sales Corporation versus Assem Auto etc.

CC No. 237 of 2016.

 

Present:  Sh. Puneet Goel, complainant in person.

              Smt. Seema  Sehgal, Advocate, counsel for OP No.1.

              Sh. V.P.S.Sidhu, Advocate, counsel for OP No.2. 

 

                      Today the case was fixed for filing reply by OP No.1 as well as for compromise, if any. However, complainant made a statement recorded separately that compromise has been effected with the OPs for a sum of Rs. 35,000/- and he has received cheque No. 009647 dated 26.08.2016 amounting to Rs. 30,000/- and cheque No. 009648 dated 26.08.2016 amounting to Rs. 5000/- from the OPs. As such he does not want to pursue the present complaint, which may be filed.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
