Case has been called several times since morning and ultimately at 4.00 p.m., but none appeared on behalf of the complainant. On the previous date of hearing also i.e.on 29.7.2015 also, none appeared on behalf of the complainant and in the interest of justice, case was adjourned to 10.8.2015 for evidence of the complainant subject to deposit of costs of Rs.200/- in the Consumer Legal Aid Account. Costs also not paid. Today also, none appeared on behalf of the complainant. It seems that the complainant is not interested in prosecuting the present complaint and same is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
