On observing the case proceedings it is found that on 30/01/2021 O.P. stated through an application that he has submited Rs. 1,00,000/- in Complainants account as loan relief on 20/07/2018, on which objection was called from Complainant. But no one came present for Complainant since last one year. Which clears that Complainant has lost interest in the matter. Complaint is dismissed for non prosecution. Consign.
