                    At this stage, Complainant in person appeared before the Forum and recorded his statement separately that settlement has been made with the opposite party, so, he want to withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                   Keeping in view the statement made by the complainant in person, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
