Complaint was initially taken up for hearing at 11.00 a.m.  At that time none had appeared for complainant.  Complaint was then kept back.  It is again taken up for hearing at 12.45 p.m.  Presently also none has appeared for complainant.  Perusal of the previous daily proceedings shows that none had appeared for complainant continuously since last four dates i.e. on 6.11.2012, 5.12.2013, 30.1.2013 & 28.2.2013.  Even on last date i.e. on 28.2.2013 last chance was granted to the complainant subject to deposit of cost of Rs.500/- in the "Legal Aid Account" of this Commission within two weeks. Said cost is also not deposited by the complainant. Therefore we are satisfied that complainant is not interested in pursuing the complaint. Complaint is thus dismissed in default.
