Case called out. Both the parties are present through their Counsel. The complainant has filed an application on 11/12/2017 for disposal of the case on the basis of compromise. Today, the Opposite Party has filed an Account Payee Cheque of Rs.2000/- in the name of the complainant. According to the terms of compromise, this cheque is to be delivered to the complainant. The complainant has received this Account Payee Cheque. He has been identified by his Counsel Mr.Devendra Singh. In view of the above, there is no justification for further proceedings in this case. The present complaint is decided in terms of the compromise. Both the parties shall bear their own costs. Let record be consigned.
