ORDER

The complainant is absent without any steps.

Ld.Agent for the O.P No.3 and 4 file haziras.

On repeated calls none appear on behalf of the complainant.

Ld Agent for the O.P No.3 and 4  are found present. They submitted that the complainant has been taking no steps since long. So, according to Ld.Agent for O.Ps the case should be dismissed without any further reference.

                                           Perused the case record.

It appears that the complainant is absent since 15.1.16. The S/R in respect of O.P.No.1,2 and 5 returned unsurved and complainant was directed to take appropriate steps upon them, but in vain.

On last occasion i.e on 3.5.16 the complainant was directed to file show-cause  as to why the case shall not be dismissed for default but the complainant did not  file any response to that effect. The conduct of the complainant  seems to us that the complainants are not willing to proceed with the case further. In our estimation the case deserves an order  of dismissal for non-compliance of Forum’s order.

Hence,

                                    it is,     ORDERED

that the C.C No.21 of 2015 be and the same is dismissed for default due to non compliance of

  the Forum’s order.
