Mahi Pal Verma Versus Arun Electronics

Ex. No. 77 of 2016.

 

Present: Sh. Mahipal DH in person with counsel Sh. Pankaj Kumar Kamboj.            

              Sh. Vikram Verma, Advocate, counsel for JD No.2

 

                        File taken up today on the application of DH and also made a statement that he has received a cheque bearing No. 801717 dated 26.12.2016 amounting to Rs. 35721/- in compliance of order under execution application and nothing remains due towards the JDs/OPs. He further stated that the compliance of order under execution has been fully made and as such he withdraws the present execution petition being fully satisfied.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by DH, the present execution petition stands disposed off being fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
