      On perusal of the facts of this case, it is revealed that the matter  concerned in this case does not come under the definition of Consumer Protection Act, as there is no prima facie case of deficiency in service and unfair trade practice on the side of OPs.  Hence this complaint  is dismissed in limine as it is not maintainable before this commission.
