Per Justice Mr. S. B. Mhase, Hon’ble President:

          We heard Adv. Bhave for the appellant at length.  Ultimately, he submitted that he has instructions to withdraw the appeals and accordingly, he sought a leave for the same.  Accordingly, leave to withdraw the appeals is hereby granted.  Hence, we pass the following order:-

:- ORDER -:

1.     Appeal nos. 633 & 634/2010 stands disposed of as withdrawn.

2.     Amount which has been deposited by the appellant at the time of filing of appeals under Section 15 proviso be given to the complainant and the complainant may recover the   balance amount in accordance with the law.

3.     No order as to costs.

4.     Pronounced and dictated on dais.

5.     Copies of the order herein be furnished to the parties as per rules.
