ORDER

The record is put up today on the prayer of complainant by filing put up petition.

The complainant Tilak Bahadur Tamang has appeared in person with a prayer to hand over the deposited cheque amounting to Rs. 8,56,000/- (eight lakh fifty six thousand) only  bearing no. 015031 dated 01.04.2023 of Axis Bank Limited, Hill Cart Road, Siliguri, West Bengal- 734403 submitted by opposite party no. 1 in favour of complainant.

The complainant has filed identity proof (original & self attested Xerox copy) as listed below:

1. PAN Card bearing no. ALBPT9814F,
2. AADHAAR CARD bearing no. 814795347766,
3. Voter ID Card bearing no. LZS0997148.

On going through the case record and on proper verification of above listed documents submitted by complainant prayer is allowed and handed over the aforesaid cheque to him with his aforesaid original documents.

The case is disposed of with full and final satisfaction of the complainant.
