Having heard Learned Counsel for appellant and respondent and upon examination of the appeal records in particular the impugned order passed by forum below dated 22.05.2020 in E.P.210/2017 it is observed that on 22.05.2020 forum below accepted the surety furnished by Mr. H.M.Krishnamurthy and proceeded to order on execution of bond by Jdr. to recall NBW issued against Jdr. and posted the matter for recording plea of Jdr. by 21.03.2020 which cannot be said a final order passed by forum below and it cannot be appealed under Section 27A of CPA 1986.  Hence, the appeal is dismissed.
