This matter is placed before the Lok Adalat.

 Learned counsel for both the parties are present and filed a joint memo stating that the matter has already settled.

 Learned counsel for the respondent-complainant has filed a memo stating that he does not want to proceed with the case.

 At the same time learned counsel for the appellant filed a memo to withdraw the appeal.

         Since, the matter has been compromised, the case is disposed of in terms of compromise.

 Free  copy of the order be supplied to the respective parties or they may download same from the Confonet  or Website of this  Commission to treat same as if  copy of order received from this Commission.

        DFR be sent back forthwith.
