On the joint request of the parties, file taken up today. Today the opposite party with his counsel has made the following statement:-

“Stated that the matter has been amicable settled between the parties and the opposite party is ready to repair the Photostat machine in question for once within one month from today on the condition that the complainant will not file any complainant / case before any authority in future”.

          On this Ld. counsel for the complainant has made the following statement:-

“Stated that I have heard the ibid statement and accepted the offer on behalf of complainant given by the opposite party.  I do not want to pursue the present complaint further and same may be dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised.”

          In view of ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised and the parties are directed to remain bound by their statements. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
