Despite of the direction of this Commission, appellant has not taken steps to serve the respondent.

On 31.07.2015, the appellant was directed to take fresh steps for respondent, but the same has not been taken during course of the day.

Thereafter, on 16.12.2016 an order has been passed by this Commission to this effect that the appeal was adjourned with a note that if the appellant does not take steps to serve respondent, then an appropriate order shall be passed in the appeal on the next date fixed. 

In view of the order passed earlier no steps have been taken by the appellant to serve respondent till today.  Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
