         Complainant made statement that he has received a new ‘Rotimaker’ and Rs.500/- from opposite parties. He has checked the Rotimaker and his claim has been satisfied, therefore, he does not want to pursue with the present. In view of the statement of the complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance
