          This appeal coming up before us on 30.11.2021 for appearance of both, for written arguments of both and for arguments (in list) and this Commission made the following order in open court:

No representation for both in person. This appeal is posted today for appearance of both, for filing written arguments of both if any and for arguments (in list).  When the matter was called at 11.55 A.M., the Appellant was not present hence, passed over and called again at 12.50 P.M. then also, the Appellant has not appeared.  Hence keeping the appeal pending is of no use as the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the case.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed for default.  No order as to costs.
