Order no. 12 05/09/2022

Received the case record being no. CC 61/2021 from Mediation cell along with settlement report submitted by Ld. Mediator Shyamal Kumar Biswas where from it appears that this disputes of this case have been settled between the parties  and the settlement report speaks as follows:-

“It is settled that total amounting to Rs 3.75Lakh shall be remitted by the Opposite Party in favor of the Petitioner and the first installment 2 lakh (2,00,000/-) shall be paid by the Opp. Party in favor of the complainant positively by 16/11/2022 by way of Bank Transfer in Respect of SB AC No.546010100129848 on AXIS Bank, Chinsurah Branch, IFSC Code: UTIB0000546 and the second installment of Rs 1.75 Lakh shall be remitted by the Opposite Party in favor of the Petitioner positively by 15/12/2022 in respect of the same SB AC no. of the Petitioner. It is also settled by the mediator that Opp. Party is directed to produce documents in respect of the remittance of the first installment positively on 17/11/2022”.

In view of the settlement report the Opposite Party is directed to take steps positively within the date fixed otherwise the Complainant is given Opportunity to execute this order as per Law.
