            On 21^st February, 2022, the first date of hearing in the matter, counsel for the complainant sought time to satisfy the Bench as to how the complainant is maintainable before this Commission. Again on  NDOH  25^th April, 2022, counsel for the complainant was not available to argue the matter.  Same is the position today also. It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter.  Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.  File be consigned to record room.
