ORDER

On the last date of hearing i.e. 14.08.2018, following order was passed by this Commission :-

“As per office report, amended memorandum of parties has not been placed on record, as directed vide order dated 29.06.2018 passed by this Commission. Let needful be done within seven days from today. Upon his doing so, fresh notice be issued to respondent No.3 for 28.09.2018.

                        It is further reported by the office that notices sent to respondents No.1,2 & 4 on the fresh addresses have been received back unserved with the remarks “left/not known”. Qua them, the appellants are again directed to furnish correct address of respondents No.1,2 & 4 within seven days from today. Upon his doing so, fresh notice be issued to respondents No.1,2 & 4 for the date fixed.

                        We make it very clear that if there is no compliance to the order passed on the next date of hearing, this appeal will be dismissed for non prosecution.”

 

                As per office note, fresh address of respondents No.1,2 & 4 has not been furnished by the appellant for issuance of notices. On the last date of hearing i.e. 14.08.2018 and today again, none is present on behalf of the appellant.  It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. Hence, this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
