ORDER

Ld. Counsel for the complainant has made a statement that due to technical defects involved in the present complaint, he does not want to continue with the present complaint and thus, the present complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn and necessary permission to file the case on the same cause of action may kindly be accorded. Original documents be also returned to the complainant.

Keeping in view the statement made by the ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn and necessary permission is granted to the complainant to file the case in the same cause of action. Original documents, if any, be returned to the complainant after keeping photo copies of the same on the case file.
