Today, Statement of Sh.Sudhir Kumar Mehta, Advocate Complainant in Person recorded that the matter has been duly compromised with the all the OPs and they have issued one new travel bags against the broken one in question and as compensation they have given second one travel bag, both brand bearing of American Tourister Colour LIGHT LIME Model SPINNER having size 77x28cm having its warranty Cards dated 29.10.2023 stamped by Arora Bag House. So he does not want to proceed with the present complaint and same may kindly be treated as dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.

In view of statement suffered by the complainant in person, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
