Case is called out. None is present for the appellant. Counsel for the respondent Sri Pramendra Verma is present.

Ld. Counsel for the respondent has submitted that a compromise has been done between the parties and nothing remains in the instant appeal to proceed. Therefore the appeal be decided in pursuance of the compromise deed.

A compromise deed dated 2.7.2024 has been filed which is available on record.

We have perused the compromise deed and find that nothing remains to proceed further in the appeal. Therefore, the appeal is liable to be dismissed in view of the compromise between the parties.

The appeal is dismissed.

Let copy of this order be made available to the parties as per rules.
