Ms. Pooja Khanna, holding brief of Sh. Yogesh Sethi, Advocate, learned counsel for the appellant, has submitted before this Commission that as both the parties have entered into the compromise.  The compromise deed is available on record.

Learned counsel for respondent Sh. Kuldeep Jaiswal has also conceded the fact that both the parties have entered into the compromise.

Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that in view of the compromise entered between the parties, the appellant is now not interested to pursue the appeal before this Commission and has requested that the appeal be decided in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties.

The appeal is accordingly finally disposed of in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties.

The compromise deed shall be a part of the order passed by this Commission. Accordingly, the appeal is finally disposed of.
