          Today, Ld. counsel for the complainant has made the following statement:-

“Stated that the matter has been compromised between the parties and the opposite party has replaced the refrigerator in question with new brand refrigerator of the same make and model. The complainant does not want to pursue the present complaint further and same may be dismissed as withdrawn.”

          In view of ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn  having been compromised Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules, file be consigned to record room.
